Rose Barlier

A graduate of Brighton University, Rose is a multimedia maker and designer who works in a wide variety of different processes experimenting with a wide range of materials. She was born in France but brought up in Cardiff and often explores those cultures, the history that surrounds her and how these have shaped past and present landscapes. She seeks to encourage the exploration of others’ personal landscapes, past and memories in a more experiential way, providing empirical understanding in an era when everything is learnt second hand or through the internet.
